We seek to honor God by…

 

1.   Demonstrating God’s love for all people (John 13:34-35).

We believe that people matter to God.  Every person is created for a purpose, has

 value in God’s eyes, and is a vital part of His plan.

 

2.   Telling people about Him (Matt. 28:18-20).

      Because all people matter to God, they matter to us.  We will use every God-

      honoring means available to pursue, win and disciple them.

 

3.      Providing Biblical preaching and teaching (2 Tim. 3:16-17, 4:2-3).

We are committed to presenting the Bible as the clear and accurate Word of God and the source of truth for all our needs.

 

4.      Serving each other (1 Peter 4:10).

We follow Jesus’ model for ministry in leading by serving.  Each member is asked to serve our world and each other according to his or her spiritual giftedness.

 

5.      Praying for each other (1 John  5:14-15).

We emphasize prayer for others, for each other, and for God’s direction for His church.

 

6.      Supporting Missions (Acts 13:1-3).

We recognize that there are other cultures and countries where we cannot effectively minister ourselves.  We support those involved in world-wide ministry by giving physical and spiritual support to missionaries around the world.

 

7.      Leading all to worship (1 Chron. 16:28-29).

We are committed to creatively using forms of worship that will best minister to all those who worship with us.

 

8.      Growing committed Christians (Eph. 4:14-16).

We are passionate about developing authentic, growing Christians who are in love with Jesus Christ, and who have a heart’s desire to become more like Him every day.

 

9.      Developing Strong Families (Deut. 6:5-9).

We strive to support the family structure because it is a key part of God’s design for winning the lost and growing in Christ.

 

10. Doing things with excellence (Col. 3:23-24).

We believe that God deserves the best that we have to offer.  In all our ministries and activities we seek to maintain a high level of excellence for His glory.  Our commitment to excellence requires each member of our family to exercise his or her gifts to the best of his or her ability.
